Keely graduated from Brown University in 2023 with a degree in International Relations, with a focus on security and diplomacy and a regional concentration on China. While at Brown, Keely completed many internships, including at the U.S. State Department, the U.S. House of Representatives, The Council on Foreign Relations, and Carpe Global! Keely was born and raised in Hawaii and will always call that home, but she currently resides in Washington, DC getting daily exposure to the inner workings of American and global politics.
