Water Smart Engagement
Global Ties
This three-year exchange program will pair water utilities in the United States with partners in Vietnam, Thailand, and Malaysia to create new international ties and improve water security in Southeastern countries. Along with the U.S. Water Partnership and the Water Environment Federation, Global Ties has partnered with the U.S. Department of State to support this program.
