International Leadership Foundation (ILF) Civic Fellowship

International Leadership Foundation
The ILF's Civic Fellowship Program offers current undergraduate students the opportunity to work at a federal agency, the U.S. Congress, or a nonprofit organization/think tank. The ILF helps to place selected fellows in internships at such organizations, or candidates are welcome to secure their own unpaid public service internship and apply to the program as a scholarship.

In addition to their federal internships, Civic Fellows attend professional development workshops, speaker series, and leadership training programs. ILF staff will also mentor and coach students throughout their internship program.

As the ILF's mission is to promote civic awareness and public service of the Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) community, students who identify as such are highly encouraged to apply.

Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) National Internship Program

Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities
The HACU National Internship Program offers paid internships to current or recently graduated undergraduate and graduate students. The program partners with numerous U.S. federal agencies to place candidates in internships, such as USAID, the Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of Commerce, and more.

Students do not need to identify as Hispanic or attend a member institution of HACU to apply. The program has spring, summer, and fall sessions and offers the possibility of academic credit. Internships can be full- or part-time and have virtual, in person, or hybrid formats. Interns receive valuable experience in working at a federal agency and are able to take full advantage of HACU's professional development seminars and programmatic support.
